Trattoria Seneca now lead InterContinental – NBC 7 San Diego

CH Projects launches Italian rooftop restaurant
Trattoria Seneca debuts July 27 on 19e floor of the InterContinental Hotel in downtown San Diego where it will serve as a stand-alone restaurant but also feed guests of the Reading Club, a members-only social club that will open this fall. The Seneca’s menu includes wood-grilled pasta, pizza, fish and steak, along with other Italian classics, including fresh mozzarella at the table.

Mexican seafood lands in the Gaslamp
Look inside Karina’s Cantina of 7,000 square feet and on two levels, arriving on Fifth Avenue in the Gaslamp district of downtown this weekend with a menu of Mexican seafood dishes, ceviche and Puerto Nuevo style lobster tacos. The restaurant and tequila bar will offer late hours and live DJ entertainment.

Gordon Ramsay brings Hell’s Kitchen to Harrah’s
Based on the celebrity chef’s long-running global reality series Hell’s Kitchen, the restaurant experience arrives at Harrah’s Resort Southern California next spring. With an open kitchen that mimics the decor of the show, the restaurant will serve some of Gordon Ramsay’s most iconic dishes.

Carlsbad Gelateria extends to the East Village
Starting next week, GelatoLove will take over the ice cream counter inside the Italian food market, RoVino, The Foodery. Specializing in allulose ice cream, a low-calorie sugar derived from fruits, GelatoLove will offer 18 rotating flavors as well as cakes and frozen drinks by Barini Coffee from Verona.
